Can’t stop, Won’t STOP with delicious Prime Rib! Recipe⏬

- start with separating the bones from the roll
- cover in course kosher salt and place in fridge over night
- rinse next day and season with favorite seasoning
- put back ontop of ribs and tie together
- place on smoker running 225° until internal temp 115°
- vacuum seal or baggie up and put into sous-vide 131° 3-5hrs
- remove, pat dry, & reseason
- sear nice and hot for 90 second each side
- Slice up and go to town!

The Smokestack Old Fashioned. Whiskey Wednesday Done Right. Recipe⏬

Supply Drop:
- 2oz @txwhiskey Straight Bourbon
- 1/2oz smoked simple syrup (1 cup brown sugar. 1 1/4 cup water)
- 2 dashes bitters
- 1 orange
- cherries
- pork belly burnt ends

• Start with preparing your favorite pork belly burnt end recipe.
• Smoke oranges and cherries at 225° on the @traegergrills 1.5hrs
• combine water and brown sugar.
• Place on smoker until sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool.
• in mixing glass, combine bourbon, bitters, simple syrup over ice.
• add in one smoked cherry and muddle
• pour into rocks glass over big block ice
• peel orange and express the rind around the rim and down
• skewer a PBBE, Orange rind, & cheery for ultimate mid sip snack

Smoked Salsa: ALL THE COOL KIDS are DOING IT! Recipe ⏬

Grocery List:
5 medium tomatoes
2-3 jalapeños
1 medium red onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp @meatchurch Holy Voodoo
1 cup cilantro

• Start with smoking all ingredients (except cilantro) at 225° on the @traegergrills for 1.5 hours.
• Peel the skin off the tomatoes and toss into blender along with 1/4 cup of red onion, garlic cloves, cilantro, & Holy Voodoo
• Slice jalapeños in half. Scoop out seeds and veins according to how spicy you liken it and toss into blender.
• Pulsate on low in bursts to get the consistency you’re looking for. Pair up with favorite chip and DEVOUR!
