Why Prime Rib?

Prime rib isn’t just a cut of meat—it’s an experience. Whether it’s your first time tackling this iconic dish or you’re a seasoned barbecue pro, this recipe is guaranteed to deliver bold flavors and memories that last long after the last bite.

The Secret to Perfection

This Classic Prime Rib Recipe keeps things simple yet extraordinary. By removing the fat cap and separating the bones, you ensure that every surface gets seasoned to perfection. The low-and-slow cook on the smoker imparts a smoky depth, while a quick, high-heat sear locks in the flavor and creates that irresistible crust. And, of course, the final rest allows the juices to settle, making every bite succulent and satisfying.
