Ingredients:
1 Rack of @wildforkfoods St Louis Style Pork Ribs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup cowboy candy jalapeños
1/2 cup @finchbbq Sweet Habanero BBQ sauce
1/4 cup @b4barbeque Seasoning
Directions:
1. Separate pork ribs in-between each bone and season all sides.
2. Place on @traegergrills bone side down running 275° until internal temp of 170-175° is reached.
3. Place in foil pan and add brown sugar, butter, bbq sauce, & Cowboy candy.
4. Cover pan with foil and back in the smoker for 1 hour.
5. Pull, let rest for 15 minutes, & become the Tailgate hero as you cheer for your favorite team!
